Welcome to Andrews Lane

Important update

Following government guidance, Andrews Lane is currently closed to all children other than those with EHCPs, vulnerable children or children of key workers who are unable to stay at home. Our advice is to keep children safely at home wherever possible to protect the children, staff and local community. If your child is unable to stay at home and falls into one of the groups mentioned above, you should complete next week's form which you can find here by midnight on Thursday 21st January. You can find the remote learning live sessions timetable for your children on this link. Please ensure that your children engage with their teachers and friends in a positive and respectful way, are dressed appropriately and behave as they would in a classroom. Thank you. The ALS team.

Andrews Lane is a friendly, welcoming environment where each child is valued as an individual and is expected to work hard to fulfil their potential. Our school mission statement is…

“Aspire, Learn, Succeed”

We would encourage you to take a look around our website to gain an insight into what Andrews Lane values and promotes.

We believe our creative, inspiring and challenging curriculum allows every child to develop themselves as effective, resilient learners. We strive to ensure that no matter where a child's interests lie, we provide them with opportunities to progress and succeed.

Reading

We want children to develop a love for books and escape into new worlds so we have a bright, welcoming Reading Room where children can share books together on cushions after climbing the ladder to our hideout.
