Dear parents, children and families,
We hope that all is well with you. Children, we hope you are enjoying showing your parents how clever you are and what you are capable of, by helping out at home and maybe even trying some of the activities and tasks your teachers have set for you.
Of course, those tasks are important but it’s even more important to look after one another at home and play games, help with making meals, do some gardening if you are lucky enough to have a garden, tidy your bedroom (!) and keep in touch with your friends…safely.
We miss not seeing you at school but we are also helping to keep everyone safe and well by looking after your friends whose parents have to go to work.
We can’t wait to see you again when school starts but we would love to hear from you and find out what you’ve been doing at home. If you want to, you could put it in an email and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to put some on the website so everyone can see what you’ve been up to.
Missing you all,
Mrs D and all your teachers and teaching assistants.
