Friends of Andrews Lane
The Friends of Andrews Lane School organise fund raising events for the school. All parents, carers, friends, grandparents - anyone who wants to help the school and our children - can take part in FOALS!
FOALS have raised money through a variety of events and activities over the years. This last academic year we held our annual Summer Fun Day where fun was had by all. We also held a very successful Christmas Fayre with a range of stalls and the essential visit from the big man himself. The money raised is used to benefit the school and to enrich the education provided to our children.
Over the last few years the funds raised by FOALS have been used to purchase a stage for our school hall and a sound system which have greatly enhanced opportunities for children to develop their drama skills and it has also supported the development of the art club. Additionally, we helped to fund the cost of the trip to the Pantomime, which all children in the school benefited from.
FOALS always need more help! You can make a difference to the school and the children by supporting FOALS. Any free time you have would be greatly appreciated, but you can also help by coming along and supporting our events.
